Learn to WALK with your anxiety…

If you are suffering from anxiety or stress, the most important thing to realise is that you have the power to address it – and you don’t have to rely on pharmaceuticals to do so.

My approach might surprise you!

We’re not here to fight or suppress anxiety, because resisting it only gives it more strength.

Instead, we are going to welcome it, thank it, love it, and then let it go!

We’re going to help you learn to WALK again:

Welcome your anxiety

Accept and thank it

Love it, let go and

Keep at it!

Where your attention goes, your energy flows.

How I Work With Anxiety: The WALK Process

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. In this short video series, I’ll guide you through the WALK process — a simple, heartfelt way to meet anxiety with more ease.
It stands for: Welcome, Accept, Love & Let Go, Keep At It.
These short videos are designed to be simple and supportive, take your time with them, revisit them whenever you need..

1. Welcome
In this first step, I talk about gently noticing what’s here, the thoughts, the feelings, the physical sensations, and simply welcoming it all.

2. Accept
Here, I explore how to stop fighting the experience and start accepting the moment exactly as it is, without needing to change it.

3. Love & Let Go
This step is about bringing kindness and love to yourself. Even in the middle of discomfort, you can meet yourself with compassion.

4. Keep going
Lastly, I talk about staying with the process — with gentleness, with breath, and with trust that you’re moving in the right direction.

What is anxiety and why do we all have it?

Anxiety isn’t inherently bad—in fact, it’s vital. For centuries, anxiety has been the silent guardian that has kept humanity alive. Those who didn’t have the instinct for caution didn’t survive. The vigilant ones, who were attuned to potential threats, were the ones who made it through.

The Internal Watchman

Every moment of every day, a part of your mind is scanning the environment, asking, “Am I safe? Am I safe?” This internal watchman plays a crucial role in protecting you. However, when anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can feel less like a guardian and more like a burden. Attempting to suppress it only makes it stronger.

The Importance of Balance

Imagine trying to silence a child or a friend—how would they respond? Instead of fighting your anxiety, the path to feeling better involves creating balance. The goal isn’t to eliminate anxiety completely, but to find harmony within yourself, allowing for less anxiety, not none.

The WALK Process for Managing Anxiety

Using my carefully developed WALK process, I’ve guided countless individuals on their journey to manage anxiety and stress. Each step of WALK is designed to help you regain control and calm in your life. Whether you see me in person, online, or use my specially created audios, you’ll be equipped with tools to face even the most extreme anxiety or panic moments.
