My belief is that almost all physiological symptoms are the result of how we think and therefore feel about ourselves and the world around us. Often we are our own harshest judges, criticising aspects of ourselves and being negative about life in general. All such judgements create stress.

Stress is the number-one cause of heart disease and death in the UK, but the great thing is that no matter what is causing stress in your life, it is always fixable. And the process does not need to be painful!

I have developed a number of simple, easy-to-learn techniques that help you to help yourself to overcome any of the issues listed above.

Most important of all is to learn how to relax, to be kind to yourself and re-connect with the inner child who looks on the world with wonder, curiosity and love.
