Quickly scan down the table below and mark yourself out of ten in each of areas listed (with 1 being low and 10 being high). Don’t stop to think about your answers for too long, just run down the list and tick the numbers you feel are appropriate.
This will give you (and me if you choose to work with me) an immediate snapshot of which areas of your life you are happy with and which areas you might wish to attend to and improve. Don’t worry, there are no right or wrong answers. This is just for you to get a really clear picture of how you currently view yourself.
Repeat this exercise every month so that you keep an eye on your progress. If you do this for a year, keeping a record of each month, you can look back over your results to see how much you have achieved.
