For many years I worked in international finance, as an editor of a newsletter and mentor to individual and corporate clients. This afforded a fun lifestyle. I travelled all over the world, visiting countries as far flung as Bali, Fiji, Mexico, Thailand, the West Indies, New Zealand, USA and many others besides.
One of the topics I specialised in was Wealth Psychology. With an interest in the workings of the mind and a strong belief that we can achieve much more than we are told at school when we harness the power of our imagination and our sub-conscious mind, I enrolled for a course in Behavioural Self Management about a decade ago.
Having completed this and subsequent courses, all of which examined the link between the mind and the body and how our thoughts affect our lives, I began to bring elements of what I learned (and practised) into my mentoring business.
The success my clients achieved was really rewarding, but I found more and more people were seeking help with the personal aspects of their lives, especially their health, wellbeing, self-esteem and goal-achievement. As it happened, these were the areas I found most interesting and was most passionate about!
As a result I now focus purely on the areas listed below, helping clients to relax, de-stress, sleep well and achieve their goals (whatever they may be).

My methods focus on solutions rather than problems and always combine attention to both thoughts and emotions (it’s my firm belief that positive-thinking on its own is not enough to create significant change). Please note: I guarantee you some new tools that you can use to forge new patterns of thought and behaviour, but I don’t have a magic wand that I can wave to make all your problems suddenly disappear! What I do have is many years’ experience helping clients to help themselves. In other words, your success is dependent on how much you truly desire to change your life.

If you don’t feel working with me will be beneficial, I won’t be offended! Likewise, I shall be honest with you and if I feel you are better off seeing someone else, I will say so.
